ruling says thet koaki meru has kost but it makes no sens

If he is talking about the maintenance cost, it can't be negated by skill drain. Costs can not be negated by skill drain. You would still have to reveal the card, or the monster gets destroyed. You still have to pay for archfiends, also.

so yea i ment about the revealing the cards ...
but usually cost is like to activate a card not to get it to stay

Costs are mandatory "effects" on a card. They arent effects but you HAVE to do them. Koaki'meru HAVE to reveal a card or they die. you HAVE to discard to play Lightning Vortex. You HAVE to pay life points for Wall of Revealing Light. But you DONT have to pay life points for Psychic Commander. Its a choice to activate his effect, and thus it can be negated by skill drain. If Psychokinesis is negated, you dont take 1000 points of damage because it requires you destroying a card first. btw Im using psychics because they are one of the best examples.
